Local Laughs Standup Showcase *Benefiting Community Fridge Project!*

This isn't your normal Friday! In addition to our always-hilarious and always-fresh lineup of Chicago comedy heavy-hitters, 50% of our proceeds from this show will go directly to the Community Fridge Project! What it is:The Community Fridge Project is a volunteer-run network of 5 free, 24/7 community fridges and pantries where anyone can take what they need—no questions asked.How it works:Fridges are stocked, cleaned, and maintained by volunteers, with support from donations that help buy discounted groceries and keep the fridges running.Why it matters:We fight food insecurity by making fresh food accessible anytime, right in the neighborhood.About the comedians:Emily Fury Daly: A recent Chicago resident, Em Fury is a stand up, actor, and all around clown. She's been seen on stages like The Laugh Factory, Lincoln Lodge, and The Annoyance Theatre. Her solo show, Furious, has had successful runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Off-Broadway at the Soho Playhouse in NYC. To keep track of Em, follow her on IG at @emilyfurydalyhehe. Dan Garcia is a stand up comedian, producer, and filmmaker born and raised in Chicago. He hopes to one day have a Netflix special labeled "irreverent" even though he's not entirely sure what that means.Christian Royce brings a sharp, socially aware brand of stand-up mixing political commentary, cultural observations, and modern issues with a provocative edge. He's a regular performer at major local clubs like Zanies, Comedy Bar, The Laugh Factory. He hosts “The F*ck You Show” at the Lincoln Lodge and has opened for comedians like Al Jackson, Mark Normand, Joe List. Nick Cobb, Your Headliner: Hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, Nick Cobb studied Psychology at Indiana University, where his fascination with everyday absurdities began to take shape. Since he's appeared on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Inside Amy Schumer, Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, and Gotham Comedy Live on AXS TV. He was a semi-finalist on NBC’s Last Comic Standing and has also been featured on MTV, VH1, and AMC.
